The Client authorizes use of photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for artist purpose.
All photographs are copyrighted by MKX MEDIA and Kristin McKinney.
The Client waives all personal liability, injuries, medical conditions to MKX MEDIA and Kristin McKinney.
MKX MEDIA shall keep all Client Contact and Personal Information confidential.
The Client waives right to royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of the photographs.
The Client agrees to provide payment in full at the time of appointment booking. Rescheduling by request.
